• The English Language Development (ELD) Program at Pensar Academy provides English language acquisition services for all identified enrolled students in need of English language skills.  The ELD services for students learning English include:

    • Small group, face to face classes, with highly trained staff in reading, writing, speaking, and listening in English.
    • Classroom level accommodations for students learning English to be able to participate with peers in learning based on the Arizona College and Career Readiness Standards (AZCCRS) while integrating the Arizona English Language Proficiency (ELP) Standards.
    • Opportunities to work on English receptive and expressive language in structured collaboration exercises using the Pensar Academy Project Based Learning Model.
    • Individualized language instruction through tech-rich instructional modes.
