Pensar Academy's Special Education Program

Pensar Academy was founded by two Special Education Resource Teachers who took their knowledge of best practices, universal design for learning, and life skills to create an academic program that meets all learners where they are at and sees them grow!

Pensar Academy works together with parents to create educational plans that are personalized to student needs and address identified disabilities.  If you suspect your student has a physical, mental, or emotional disability, please confer with Pensar Academy's Principal to discuss your concerns.  Pensar Academy has a systematic review process that includes analyzing student needs, developing interventions, and engaging in pre-referral evaluation and case management activities.

Pensar Academy's program includes self-contained services, cross-categorical services, and supportive services in the regular classroom.
